This is our story

SFP Solutions is a retail and operational consulting practice that helps organizations scale and succeed with dynamic growth strategies.

Over the course of his three-decade career in retail, our Founder and Principal Scott Polworth worked to understand the minutiae of his industry—from customer segmentation and pricing models to merchandising and inventory management—but he also learned the value in staying a step ahead of macro-economic business trends. That commitment to continuous exploration and learning is a cornerstone of our culture: no crisis is too severe, there’s an answer to every question, and there’s always opportunity to be had, even in the most daunting situations. 

We’ve navigated many, including major shifts in consumer tastes, new trends, along with seismic shocks.
